The staff were particularly helpful, especially at reception (i needed assistance with directions). the room size was excellent. It was easy to relax. i also appreciated that they kept our luggage safe after checkout.
the cost for parking was quite high at 45 euros per night (it added up quickly).

the eighth floor has a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines while traveling. there is also a bar with a fireplace that created a cozy atmosphere for relaxation after winter strolls.

The air conditioning barely cooled my room. I found the room decor a little outdated. The wallpaper was peeling in the toilet area. THE setup of the toilet on the other side of the room from the shower was certainly BIZARRE. The carpeting felt a bit old and not very clean.

The staff were kind. The room was spacious. I appreciated the air conditioning. It maintained a comfortable temperature. The bathroom offered both a shower and a bathtub (it was a nice touch!).
The water pressure in the toilet was a bit low, requiring multiple flushes sometimes.

The location is convenient for accessing Avenue Louise with many shops and cafes. Several restaurants are within walking distance, including Lebanese and Italian options. The hotel is a short taxi ride from Brussels Midi station.

The Executive room was spacious and well-decorated. The room was also everything was super clean. The air conditioning system in the room worked efficiently, maintaining a consistently comfortable temperature throughout my stay (that's very important!).

i loved the large room i stayed in! it had a nice-sized bathroom with a glorious deep tub. this really hit the spot after a long day of walking and sightseeing. all the staff were very kind and helpful!!!
The hotel rooms were very old. The toilet room had wallpaper peeling. it did not feel very clean. the location was odd and on the opposite side of the shower and sink.
